We are pleased to recognize our NLC participants for their outstanding showing in Orlando.
The Louisiana Association was awarded a membership increase. STAR Event participants earned one gold medal and eleven silver medals. Mrs. Jennifer Hebert from Beau Chene High School was recognized as a recipient of the Adviser Mentor Award. Mrs. Jade Champagne of Central Lafourche High School received recognition for completing the Adviser Academy 2.0 program.
Louisiana FCCLA was well represented at the National Leadership Conference in Seattle, Washington. Our Louisiana delegation brought home an award for a membership increase, 1st place in the Interior Design Challenge Level 3, silver medals in Entrepreneurship Level 2, Job Interview Level 3, Sports Nutrition Levels 2 and 3, a bronze medal in Sports Nutrition Level 3 and three of our chapter advisers were recognized on stage to receive national awards.
